Tim Holtz’s Distress Ink is a durable and non-fading water-based ink that is used to age paper kraft and scrapbook projects.
Distress inks are used to give a vintage style to photos, fibers, cardboard and paper. They can be used as inks for stamps, can emphasize embossed accents or dilute with water to create diverse, unique and inimitable decorative shapes and shades. When applied directly from the pad applicator, to ensure a smooth transition between coloring, it should be done in a circular motion from the end of the sheet to its inside.
The set of mini tampons soaked in distress inks by “Tim Holtz” contains 4 colors – “Antique Linen“, “Vintage Photo“, “Walnut Stain” and “Black Soot“. Each of the tampons measures 2.5 x 2.5 cm.
