Quick-drying water-based decoupage adhesive combining glue, sealant and varnish.
It can be used on any paper, fabric and especially rice paper decoupage.
Quick-drying for multi-layer application.
Apply a thin layer with a brush or sponge to the back of a cut element and smooth. Allow to dry and when it dries and becomes transparent after 10-20 minutes, repeat.
It dries transparently.
Contains 250 ml of Decoupage Plus glue.
