ABIG ROLLER FOR LINOCUT 7 MM X 48 MM
The ABIG roller press is designed for image transfer in linocut. It can be used with special paints for linocut, as well as with acrylic, tempera paints or ink.
The ink presses of the German company ABIG have an outer layer of special rubber and an inner part made of plastic material, preventing the paints from seeping through and deforming their appearance. They have a wooden handle with an easy-to-grip shape, and, unlike ordinary ink rollers, the press rollers do not have holders for fastening above the working area.
The roller – a linocut press of “Abig” with a width of 7 mm. and a diameter of 48 mm. It is ideal for applying paint or ink to inaccessible and narrow places. In addition to image transfer, it can also be used to fix small decorative elements, stickers and labels.
