Neocolor II crayons are water-soluble crayons with highly concentrated and saturated pigments. They write softer than dry colored pencils and denser than crayons. They are easily diluted with water, which resembles the effect of watercolor paints and can both give the drawing a dense and evenly saturated color, and, depending on the artist’s desire, create a shade or chiaroscuro, emphasizing a part or detail of the painting.

The set of watercolor pastels “Neocolor II” is made of 30 colors, stored in a beautiful and practical metal box.
