Acrylic retardant is an additive used when working with quick-drying acrylic paints, which increases their drying time.
The acrylic retarder is water-based. It is mixed with acrylic paints before they are applied to the surface designated for painting, thus ensuring their slower drying, which in turn gives artists and decorators more time to work with various techniques and effects, especially suitable for wet-to-wet painting.
The Lukas acrylic retardant is available in a glass bottle with a capacity of 125 ml.
