1. Shipping Method:

– The company “Art Service EOOD” delivers shipments on the territory of Bulgaria with the courier company ECONT EXPRESS.
– Orders received by 16.00 are usually executed on the same day. Depending on the size and complexity of some orders, there may be delays in their shipment.
– Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as during national holidays, are fulfilled on the first working day.
– Orders are sent only after an employee contacts the customer for confirmation by phone/e-mail within the working day (10:00-18:00).

2. Shipping Prices:

– The price for delivery to an ECONT EXPRESS office is BGN 5.90.
– The cost of delivery to a personal address depends on the size and weight of the shipment.
– For orders over BGN 100. Shipping is free. (applies to retail customers only).
– Payment is made by cash on delivery to the courier, unless another payment method has been agreed in advance.
– Some areas of the country are not served by couriers on a daily basis.

3. Delivery Terms:

3.1. Immediately after delivery, the goods should be carefully inspected by the customer. Any damages, impacts and other damages should be reported to the trader immediately. In case of incorrect or erroneous address, contact person and/or telephone number, when submitting the order, the merchant is not bound by any obligation to fulfill the order.
3.2. When the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the goods ordered for purchase by the customer and this can be established by their simple inspection, the Client may request that the delivered goods be replaced with those corresponding to the purchase application made by him within 24 hours of its receipt, in which case the transport costs shall be borne by the trader.
3.3. In case of refusal to receive the goods, except for the cases described above, the refusal is considered unfounded. (In case of exchange of goods, the customer pays 2 courier fees for transport in both directions). The packaging must not be torn and damaged, it must be in the form in which it was received. The goods must not be processed and used, but must be in their original packaging and together with all their accessories. In case the Client is not found within the deadline for delivery to the specified address or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this period, the Merchant is released from his obligation to deliver the goods ordered for purchase.
