Brushes are artistic tools designed for applying paints, watercolor pencils and crayons, varnishes, adhesives, pigments and makeup.
The “Belka” painting brushes of “Nevskaya Palitra” are made of fine and soft squirrel hairs encased in a nickel-plated ring and attached to a wooden handle. They have a round shape and have great flexibility, allowing them to easily form a sharp tip for detailed and fine strokes. In addition to thin outlines, through their side surfaces, round brushes are also used to apply dense strips of paint. Their soft structure makes them ideal for working with water-based paints, for applying dry pigments and for makeup.
In order to extend the life of the brushes, after work they must be cleaned and left to dry with the hair down.
