Embossing powder is a finely ground pigment powder designed to be fixed by heating. It is used to make backgrounds and print stamps. It is applied to a surface pre-soaked with an embossing swab , then heated with a warm embossing gun, where it melts and adheres tightly and permanently as a spectacular decoration to the desired place.
