White ceramic powder for castings “Form” by “Darwi” suitable for creating various 3D figures.
To make the mixture for castings, the powder must be mixed with the necessary ratios of water (1 kg of powder : 400 ml of water), the best consistency is obtained when the powder is placed in a suitable container, and the water is added gradually, stirring gently to avoid excessive bubble formation. The finished casting is poured into the pre-prepared silicone or plastic molds and tapped several times on the table to evenly distribute the liquid and obtain smoother surfaces. Air dry for 30 minutes. The time required for complete drying of the molds is from 2 – 24 hours, depending on the thickness of the layer. After drying, the figures are ready for sanding, varnishing, engraving or coloring.
Darwi ceramic powder is stored in plastic buckets with a capacity of 10 kg.
