The flake gel is a fine transfer film that effectively imitates precious metals such as gold, silver and copper. Small flakes of metal slag are sprinkled on a flat and smooth base (if the base is porous, then it must be pre-treated with a primer). A strong sticky glue is applied to the desired base, which is sprinkled with the fine foil and pressed using a soft brush or sponge to fix it well to the glue. In order to remove unnecessary and non-sticky protruding pieces of metal slag, they are rubbed, resulting in a flat and smooth gilded, silver-plated or copper surface.
