CADENCE DECOUPAGE PLUS GLUE + DECOUPAGE VARNISH 150 ML.
Cadence’s decoupage adhesive is used to permanently attach all kinds of papers, textiles, napkins and especially rice paper to various surfaces.
The glue is quick-drying water-based. A thin layer of glue is applied, after it dries (10-20 minutes), a second layer is applied on top, which acts as a varnish. It is easy to clean with soap and water. It is not toxic.
