Final varnishes are applied to finished paintings, art and craft projects in order to protect the works from the harmful effects of light and moisture.
Winton & Newton Final Varnishes are designed to seal acrylic and oil paintings. They are resistant to UV rays, do not turn yellow over time, are quick-drying and do not crack.
They should not be applied to paint that has not completely dried! Do not use as a medium!
It can be easily removed with a mineral thinner or purified turpentine.
